Prescription Requests

Please be aware that Reception will no longer process prescription requests over the phone or accept paper prescription requests at the front desk. This is due to the recent investment in prescription requesting services such as the Medicine Order Line (01246 588860), the NHS App, and SystmOnline.

Please use one of the above methods to order any regular medication. This does not apply to patients who have a “batch” prescription at the pharmacy.
