Nursing Team Appointments:

We would normally contact you using our recall and reporting systems to invite you for the majority of our nursing team appointments. If you have not been invited or feel you need to book one of the above appointments, please use the patient triage service and we will send you a booking link or call 01246 296970.

Home Visits:

Home visits requests are accepted for those patients who are terminally ill, bedbound or would come to harm if moved from their home. Please request a home visit before 11am.
