Fitness To Fly Letters and Forms Etc

Please note that a practice we do not do ANY fitness to fly (e.g. when pregnant), skydive, etc letters or forms.

This is private work and not part of the NHS GP contract.

If you need anything like this doing you will need to either ask your specialist (if under a specialist) or arrange for a private doctor / service to do.
