A small number of additional appointments are available outside of the Practice Working Hours where appropriate through the triage system.
Outside of the Consulting periods above, a service for clinical advice and review within working hours is provided, if urgent and clinically indicated. This can be accessed through the practice switchboard.
If a doctor is not immediately on hand to provide advice for a condition that may be serious you may be directed by reception to call the 111 service. This is a triage service run by the NHS that can arrange urgent medical attention if required.
Protected ‘QUEST’ Training Time
On a Wednesday afternoon once a month the Practice, like most other Derbyshire surgeries, is closed for Training purposes – either in house, or in joint meetings with other practices across the north of the County.
The Practice is CLOSED from 1pm. If you need a doctor call the practice number for redirection or call 111.
If you are attending the Practice for one of the other services hosted in the building on one of these afternoons, please take a seat in Reception and the service should see to you as arranged.
